Return Policy

All Urzuv products are handcrafted in Kashmir, and we ensure that they are delivered to you in the best condition. In an unlikely event that any product you have ordered is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or is different from what you had ordered, you may initiate a return. This is applicable only for orders placed in India, International orders are not eligible for return.

How to Return?

  1. You need to inform us by email within 3 business days of receiving the parcel on info@urzuv.com. Alternatively, you may call/WhatsApp us at our customer care number +91- 6364 671 920
  2. Please await a mail confirmation from our end for initiating the return
  3. Pack your return securely, in the original package
  4. A rider will come to pick it up within 5 days from our return confirmation

Please note that the product should reach us in its original condition without any damage or any other kind of tampering. Also, If we are not informed within 3 business days regarding a return, the merchandise is considered sold for good.

How will I be reimbursed?

  • The order amount will be transferred back to you as per your payment mode in 3-5 business days from receiving the product back.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order only.
